A broker was dismayed when a brand new real estate office much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read ‘BEST AGENTS’.
He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right and announced its arrival with an even larger sign that read ‘LOWEST COMMISSIONS’.
Shaken, the broker took some time to think and came up with an idea: he would put the biggest sign of all over his own real estate office. His sign read: ‘MAIN ENTRANCE’.
Lesson: We live in a beautiful world. Don’t panic.
There will never be another “Parachutes”. Thank you, Coldplay.

VHI, 6AM, Parachutes… What a wonderful thing when you listen to something so amazing for the first time… You just want that first time to repeat itself over and over…
