Numbers Don’t Lie

April 10, 2008 · 8 Comments

26,391.

11,393.

For those big into numbers, the first number is the total amount of mortgage foreclosure filings in Miami-Dade County in 2007.

The second?

That’s the number of mortgage foreclosure filings in Miami-Dade County for the first three months (Jan - Mar) of 2008.

Any questions?

It’s not the mortgage brokers. They did not sign for the loan.

I personaly think that outsourcing our jobs overseas . Our trade defecit at a 20 to 1 ratio, and theiving politicians (which cause the first 2) are the culprit.

You want to cure Americas problems? Annul the government and start over with common people who have a desire to keep America free.

Stop the Fed, which is a privately owned bank. Not the U.S. Government. And put the control back in the hands of the People instead of a few Crazy elites.

Good post. I think we’re a long way from seeing the end of the foreclosure nightmare across the U.S. Like a stone thrown in a pond, the little circles will reach further and further.
